Who illustrates your jigsaws?
All our jigsaws are designed by Rachael or one of our small team of UK illustrators. You can find out who illustrated each jigsaw by scrolling down each jigsaw product page.
What if my jigsaw has a missing piece?
The first thing to do is check under your table. It might comfort you to know that the chances of this are very slim but if you do have a problem please email info@originaljigsaw.co.uk and then check the dog hasn’t eaten it.
How can I track my order?
All our orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked Delivery and a tracking number is sent to your email when your order is dispatched. If you have any problems, please email info@originaljigsaw.co.uk and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
