But that doesn’t mean they’re not important. And as our Grannie used to say: “If a job’s worth doing, it’s worth doing well.”

Are you missing a piece?
We've partnered with the Missing Piece Search and Rescue (MPSR) team (think Liam Neeson, but for puzzle pieces). They're relentless, resourceful, and are ready to go to any length to reunite you with that final piece.
Whether your missing piece slipped behind the sofa or Grandpa mistook it for an after-dinner mint, your puzzle is getting finished.

Who illustrates your jigsaws?
All our jigsaws are designed by Rachael or one of our small team of UK illustrators. You can find out who illustrated each jigsaw by scrolling down each jigsaw product page.
What if my jigsaw has a missing piece?
The first thing to do is check under your table. It might comfort you to know that the chances of this are very slim, but if you are missing a piece we are very happy to replace it. Please follow the instructions above to tell us about it.
How can I track my order?
All our orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked Delivery and a tracking number is sent to your email when your order is dispatched. If you have any problems, please email info@originaljigsaw.co.uk and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
